David Brinkley, Republican Candidate for Maryland State Senate District 4

David Brinkley, a life-long resident of Frederick County, has served District 4 in the Maryland State Senate since 2002.  He currently serves as the Minority Leader in the Senate.  He seeks his party’s nomination to continue serving District 4 as State Senator.
