Frederick County GIS Launches the County Road Closures Map Application
Frederick County Government’s Interagency Information Technologies Division GIS Team has launched a new map application to display County road closures. This map application allows citizens to view a list and a map display of current county road closures. Click on a road closure record at the bottom of the application for more information about the closure. Please note that state and municipal road closures are not included at this time. County Executive Gardner Signs Tax Credit into Law
Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner conducted her first public bill signing the morning of September 4, 2015, approving legislation that creates a commercial and industrial tax credit. The County Council voted September 1 to enact the credit. “This tax credit is good for business, good for jobs, and good for Frederick County,” Executive Gardner said.
