County’s Yard Waste Drop-Off Reopens for Residents May 11

Frederick County - News Flash

Residential customers can drop off yard waste and purchase mulch and compost at Frederick County’s facility at 9031 Reichs Ford Road beginning Monday, May 11.  The Frederick County Department of Solid Waste Management will resume accepting yard waste that has been collected within Frederick County. Yard waste must be brought to the main entrance of the facility, as the recycling drop-off center remains closed at this time. Board of Elections Issues Voting Information for June 2 Primary

All registered and eligible voters in Frederick County and across Maryland will receive ballots in the mail for the June 2 Presidential Primary Election. The Maryland State Board of Elections will mail the ballot to the address on file for every voter. Voters should receive their ballots by mid-May.
