Governor Hogan Moves Maryland to Stage 3 of Recovery

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced this afternoon that all Maryland businesses may open at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020 including movie theaters and live performances with restrictions. This move marks the beginning of Stage 3 of Governor Hogan’s Re-Opening plan for Maryland. Movie theaters and live performance venues will be limited to audiences of 50% capacity or up to 100 people for indoor venues or 250 people for outdoor venues.
