Creamery Park Renovation
Renovation of Creamery Park in Walkersville is scheduled to begin next week, March 13, 2023. The Town has not identified completion date. The park will be closed for the duration of the project. The $325,000 renovation of Creamery Park was approved in July of 2022. The majority of the project is funded through grants. The first phase of the renovation was completed last year with the paving and improvements to the Creamery Park parking lot. County Budget Hearing Scheduled for March 14
Members of the public are invited to speak to their budget priorities for the coming fiscal year at Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater’s upcoming public hearing. The public hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14.
