Ballot Drop Boxes for Presidential Primary Election

Voters in Frederick County now have another option to return their ballots to the Board of Elections for the June 2, 2020 Presidential Primary Election. Rather than make a trip to the post office, a voter can return their voted ballot at secure drop boxes at three (3) County locations from May 21, 2020 through June 2, 2020. Ballots may be placed in the drop boxes anytime from May 21, 2020 until 8:00 pm on June 2, 2020, when voting ends. Annual Water Quality Reports Available Online

Frederick County - News Flash

Consumer Confidence Reports for calendar year 2019 are now available on the Frederick County Government website (FrederickCountyMD.gov/WaterQualityReports), according to the Frederick County Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management (DUSWM).  The Safe Drinking Water Act requires all community water systems to provide an annual Consumer Confidence Report to its customers.  Among other things, the report lists the regulated contaminants found in drinking water, as well as health effects information related to violations of the drinking water standards. Caregiver Services Corps

The Maryland Department of Aging has implemented a new Caregiver Services Corps (CSC) for older adults aged 65 and above. The service is designed to quickly deploy volunteers to the homes of older adults who need urgent assistance with everyday tasks. Frederick County wants you to Vote Safe-Vote at Home-Vote by Mail. Registered and eligible voters will automatically receive a primary election ballot in the mail. There was a delay in the post office delivery of many ballots to Frederick County voters from the Maryland State Board of Elections.  You should receive your ballot no later than next week.  Voters who have not received their ballot by Tuesday, May 19, should notify our office.
