UPDATE Missing Family

On 11/02/15 the Frederick County Bureau of Investigation met with members of the Korean Consulate regarding the missing Joo family. Investigators were informed the Joo family contacted the Korean Consulate by phone this morning. The family told the Korean Consulate they have relocated to North Carolina and that everyone is safe and well. Investigators are in the process of confirming this with local law enforcement in North Carolina.
