Vehicle Accident on MD-26
On the morning of September 28, 2020, Walkersville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Companies were dispatched for a vehicle accident at the intersection of MD 26 and Sebastian Boulevard.
Units arrived on the scene to find a two vehicle accident just past the Monocacy River bridge. Engine 111 assisted Ambulance 249 with patient care as well as acting as a blocking piece for responder’s safety and traffic control.
One patient was transported with minor injuries. Units returned to service.
