Motor Vehicle Collision RT194 & Devilbiss Bridge Rd
At 12:59 p.m. today, Walkersville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Companies were dispatched to Maryland Route 194 and Devilbiss Bridge Road for a report of motor vehicle collision.
Chief 11-1 arrived on the scene and advised that he had found a collision involving a tractor trailer and a pickup truck.
Ambulance 249 arrived on the scene and began patient care.
Engine Tanker 114 arrived on the scene to provide traffic control and debris clean-up.
Rescue Squad 24 arrived on the scene to assist with blocking traffic and putting absorbent down.
One patient was transported to the hospital and units went in service as ready.
