Last Day of School
Today is the last day of school for Frederick County Public Schools. Schools will release students to the freedom of summer two hours early. Walkersville Middle School students will be out and about as early as 1:00 p.m. Elementary School students will be freed a half hour later. High school students only needed to attend if they had to make-up an exam. So, they will be out and about all day.
Be aware that kids will be out and about enjoying summer vacation! Drive slowly through Glade Valley and keep a watch for the safety of our kids!
