Drive-Thru Food Pantry at Fredericktowne Baptist Church
For the past five years, Fredericktowne Baptist Church in Walkersville held First Saturday Suppers. On the first Saturday of each month, the church prepared a dinner and opened their doors to the community to enjoy dinner and go through their food pantry.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the church had to stop their monthly dinners.
Instead, they will host a drive-thru food pantry. The church will make up bags of :
- food,
- toilet paper,
- paper towels,
- laundry soap,
- juice, and
- non-perishable foods.
Each family receives three bags.
Fredericktowne Baptist Church’s second Drive-Thru Food Pantry will be held from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. this Saturday, June 6, 2020.
Fredericktowne Baptist Church is located on Biggs Ford Road in Walkersville, Maryalnd.
