Doris Elizabeth (Finley) Hall, 85, of Woodsboro, Maryland, passed on June 24, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of 68 years to Earskine “EJ” Hall.Born on October 28, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Zora Mae Finley. Doris was a homemaker and was very dedicated to her family. Walkersville High School Parking Lot Upgrades

The parking lot at Walkersville High School is being paved and new campus lighting is being installed this summer.  As such, traffic will not be able to access the facility between Monday, June 24 and August 23, 2019 (anticipated time of substantial completion).  The building will continue to be open this summer, but visitors will need to park at Walkersville Elementary School and use the sidewalk access to the building. All scheduled athletic workout sessions, site-based summer school and pre-scheduled events at Walkersville High School will proceed as planned.
